Kristal Barrett-Stuart is the founder of The Sparkle Project BC, a non-profit initiative to help empower young girls to explore their passions, gain confidence, and share their own unique sparkle with the world through workshops, an annual empowerment event, a handbook, and song.
She is the author of “Sparkle: An Inspirational Handbook for Young Girls,” an inspirational speaker, and a country singer/songwriter – her single “Sparkle” was co-written and produced by Juno award- winning country singer Carolyn Dawn Johnson.
Kristal was diagnosed with late stage neurological Lyme disease in 2017 and is currently taking time off to focus on her health and her family. During this time she has gained a newfound passion for plant-based eating, holistic healing, and emotional healing all as a part of the healing puzzle.
