Mary Pichette is the only individual in Canada who is certified by Life Skills Training Centres Canada Ltd. as a Master Trainer of Life Skills Coaches. This represents a seven-year study of group process and a three-year residency in conducting Life Skills Training Groups. Mary has trained over 400 Life Skills Coaches, Family Management Counsellors, and Human Relations Group Facilitators. She has worked with over 2000 individuals, teaching them skills in how to have healthy relationships and how to effectively solve their people problems. She is highly regarded for her training, speaking, and seminars. Past students are highly satisfied with her skills as a trainer and have had very successful outcomes in their own lives as a result of the training they received.
Mary has taught criminology at colleges and universities in BC and Alberta, opened some of the first transition houses in Canada, and trained the first volunteers in Canada to work sexual assault crisis lines. As Executive Director of Servants Anonymous Society, she responded very effectively to the first calls for help for highly publicized cases of rescued human trafficking victims from across Canada.
